Hours: Weekdays 9am–3pm

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to provide person-centred support to a young participant in Richmond. This role is ideal for someone confident working with youth, experienced in mental health, and committed to delivering high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily activities and skill development

• Encourage independence and routine

• Support emotional regulation and wellbeing

• Maintain accurate records and reports

• Create a safe and inclusive environment for the participant

Requirements:

• Experience in disability support

• Experience working with youth and mental health

• All relevant checks: NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, Working With Children Check (WWCC), First Aid & CPR

• Reliable car with comprehensive insurance

• Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
